What about some app named Clean Master? It also has a task killer feature. I installed that app onto my Xperia Z1 and Xperia SP, and I sometime recommend it to my friends to download it. I have been using it since I got an Xperia Arc. Is that app really useless?

Clean master is a nice one. i use that too.

But as with all free apps, don't believe all advertisements (yes what they advise are just advertisements).

Only program that i installed extra is 'CM security'

Clean master is good program to fix jank files and clean unwanted programs from ram but there is important programs CM kill it and u have to ignore it there is option at clean master to do it try to find

i use CM too but if u can u have to put Overheat controll to ignore app on CM when u make bost ram this will make u not close it but i advice to not use CM atm till sony fix overheat and other bugs

i stoped bost ram till we get new update with fixing this bugs

Android manages RAM just fine on its own. Any problem program that runs down the battery, uses data etc. is just that. Put the blame on that specific program and deal with that specific program. I have many apps installed that use data and I could leave data turned on. They use little data. Mind you, I have 2GB a month to work with, but I never go above 100MB when data is turned on all the time and I don't use much myself.

I also find that battery life is great. I have the big things (Wi-Fi, GPS) turned off when I'm not using them. This is too easy to do with the notification panel toggles to be a hassle.
