i didnt think it will be infringement of copyrights or else i wuoldnt have askd.

Astro full version was present in the previous version.i.e. ICS..

i wasnt knowing it wouldnt be present in jelly bean or else i would had backed it up..

and restored it myself.

in that case does it mean infringement of copyrights????

that's a bit complicated, if it was included before perhaps Sony had an agreement with Metago devs and now they don't with Jelly Bean, perhaps the agreement was only for ICS and not JB so it that sense I think it will be copyright infringment, perhaps an official statement is needed
