Asphalt not working

Hi.

I cant run either Asphalt 5 or Asphalt 7, the game starts, after goinf through the opening 'Gameloft' screen, it closes automatically without any error message and comes to Homescreen.

What could be the problem ?

From where did you download the game ?

Play Store. It said these games are compatible with Xperia S.

Even if Asphalt 7 doesn't work, I dont understand why the old Asphalt 5 isn't working either.

Using any file manager go to SD card > Android > obb > folder name in the end as A7HM > see if it's empty or any file is there

I cant find anything related to both Asphalt 5 and Asphalt 7 in obb folder. But there is one in data folder ending with A7HP with lots of files in it.

This is the problem with asphalt 7.

It's working perfetly on my phone.

The game won't work until you have the obb file in the obb folder

So download the asphalt 7 data file and place it to the obb folder in order to make it work

I can't run Asphalt 7 in my Xperia S either. I followed all the steps ,yet it exits with a message "unfortunately asphalt 7 has stopped working"
