Aspen Bootloop

I have an Sony Ericsson ASPEN and it has a Bootloop.. (it wont boot)

How can I fix it ??

I suggest that you first of all try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service:

Download the program and follow the instructions shown on screen.

I tried the SEUS but after installing Rom it is the same. Bootloop

Is there a developer kit or tool for repairing the bootloader or the system?

i've instaled sony pc companion to repair/update my aspen and it says "sony update engine doesn't have software valiabe to your device" then what shulld i do?
