Asks for language settings everytime i turn it on

I recently got my Xperia Z2 and every time I restart it it asks me to specify my language, 

I tried resetting the phone, repairing it useing Sony PC Companion and I still have the same problem, 

I have the SIM card in it too...

This could be related to the SIM.Is it correctly inserted?

Happened to me too mate, do like that :
Go to settings -> Backup & Restore -> and untick everything in there,
Then reboot the device twice.
