arrows doesnt show. packet data on. help!

I have experia miro. And ive been using packet data for the past 3 days. Then suddenly the nxt day the arrows above doest show anymore. And i cant seem to use my packet data. Help!

This is becuse your phone isn't getting Data Connection. Check Signal Strength by going into Settings>About Phone>Status.

Else, call Customer care and reset Data APN Settings.
