Are those dead pixels?

So I would like to know if this is a dead pixel (or two). I really just only have my Z1 for less than a week now and then something like this appears

If so, is there an easy way to fix it or do they have to replace the whole screen?

Well I downloaded it, but yeah.. still the same black spot on the upper left corner of my screen 😕 
and its for every color by the way, on every color there is a black spot.

so what to do now?
