Arc S - very very slow!

My Xperia Arc S is very slow since the upgrade to System 4.0.4. Leaving any application and go to the main menu it takes like 10 seconds to load icons and launch programs much more. Also it sticks when I hear music. Help me

I've warned on here plenty of times the Arc & Arc S hardware are just not up to running Android ICS 4.0.4.

Stick / roll back to Gingerbread OR if you can upgrade the handset to something more up to date.
