Arabic Network balance info message

Dear Xperia Go technical support team ,,,

I suffer from a very strange problem , when i finsh a call there was a network balance information message appeared to tell me how much does that call costs and how many minutes remaining ?

that message appeared but in letters signs and squares are not recognized and un understood

so please try to solve this problem in soonest time .

Does this happen every time you close a call? What software are you running? Which country/operator?

I have the exact Problem. We are used to have a small window (info box) from the carrier (Mobinil in my case) in arabic right after hanging up the call. Now it appears in strange letters than Arabic, it even doesn't contain any numbers as before.
