Arabic language not include ICS ?

after update from GB to ICS 4.0.4 i dont have an arabic language. so my question is that how to install that language to my phone or any one have firmware include arabic language. i hope that anyone could help me plz

i update by Sony PC Companion and from where i bring middle east ftf file i search on google and didn't found it .... i download about 5 file ftf from google and arabic language don't include
