Today, my phone just stopped working; everything i clicked on came up with 'sorry ............ has stopped working'
I have switched my phone off and on around 5 times and nothing has changed. My apps such as FaceBook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SnapChat wont work properly.
The last time i switched my phone off and on, the background had changed back to the original one, and the date and time returned to January 1 1980 00:00.
My phone is literally just a year old, and it had already been back to Sony for repair once.
