Apps won't uninstall - states 'Could not remove' - HELP!!

I have two apps which I want to uninstall, however when I go via the app manager it states 'Could not remove'.  The same happens if I try and go via the organise then delete function.  I have uninstalled other apps, but these two are being very stubborn.

Hi,

We noticed your post hasn't been answered. Are you still experiencing problems removing these two applications?

If you are, please could you advise me of the names of the applications you are trying to uninstall so I could look into this for you?
