apps to sd?

Is there absolutely ANYWAY to move apps to SD card on Android 4.3 OS? I only have 8GB internal memory of which 5.3 Gb is usable. Can anyone help? I would like to download more apps.

You need to root to get that option.Google blocked it for security reasons.
