Apps on SD card

When I try to move my apps to the sd card, NY phone freezes. The screen turns into black and nothing happens after 10% of the transfer process. What's wrong?

How are you moving the apps to the SD card?

On storage there's the option for each app

Could you try something basic and restart the phone?

Have you tried this using another SD-card? Are you receiving any errormessages before the phone freezes and the screen turns black?

I tried and it was the same. I have 16 gb sd and a 128 gb =(

In that case I would suggest that you try formatting the SD-card as the next step.
