apps not downloading

I can't able to download the apps from the Google store.if I press install it shows it's downloading but nothing happens.I have a 3g connection and I can browse the net but can't able to download. Please help me.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you not able to download any app or a specific one? Do you have the possibility to try via Wi-Fi for example? Otherwise, you can try to clear data for Google Play Store and Google play services via Settings > Apps > The tab all > Google Play Store > Clear data, do the same for Google Play services.
