Apps are not installing

Apk files recieved from shareit or any other media are not installing. It is being processing but apps r not veing installed. Please can u help me

Do you receive any error message or similar? Are you able to download apps via Google Play?

No. After downloading installing is cuming but apps r not being installed

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean now. Are you talking about an apk now or downloads via Google Play? What phone model do you use?

Sony xperia e4 dual. Both apps i.e.. Apks nd apps via google play r not installing. Is there any solution

Do you have enough free internal storage? more than 500MB + the size of the app(s)?
