App login fail in mobile network

Hello,

I've checked in all sections but a I could not find an exact match for the issue that I'm experiencing.

I've one app that when within Wi-Fi range I can access (login, password) without any problem, but in mobile network always give me incorrect login message.

I've tried the app support but they refer that it should be something with the network operator, or with the phone.

I've runed the app with oter phone (Samsung galaxy s4) with 4.3 android version and I can login with 3G/4G and with Wi-Fi, so I'm assuming that is something with the phone.

I've also a similar problem when trying to enter some home banking app's.

Any clues?

Contact the app developer, also how fast/slow is your data ?

Hello and Thank you for the imput.

I've talked with the app developers and made some tests with other phones as referred. I could not reply the same situation in other android phones (Galaxy S4 and Galaxy note).

My data speed is normally 3G or HSPA+

Have you limited background data on any app? how about taskiller? task managers? antivirus? battery apps? data apps? etc?
