AOSP Question

[PiLoT]

Ive had a thought maybe someone could shed light on

by now im sure everyone is aware of the AOSP support our phones will be getting.

My question is does it matter if we cant unlock our bootloader. i know theres an option to unlock officially BUT some providers have blocked this option

so will those of us with a provider who has decided to lock out bootloader be partaking in this AOSP experiment

that's an excellent question, this is not an official answer but I would assume that only if you are allowed to unlock your bootloader you will be able to take advantage of this.

Its a shame some providers decided to lock them up. is there anyway to get them to let us unlock them?

there seems to be other methods, check the XDA Forum
