Any good junk files cleaner for Sony?

Seems like I'm getting several MBs to GBs consumed in my memory even if I deleted some of my files already and just browsing, using my apps. Maybe I'm piling junk files? Any advise to get rid of those?

Yes, u can use "Power Clean".. Its small but very aggressive to clean junks.. Hope it could be helpful

Won't it consume some of the RAM? Most of boosters run in background and eats so much RAM slowing the phone down. Just like what I experenced with my HTC Sense before.

Usually these kind of apps monitoring your device all time for Memory,CPU and Temperature.. So its running all time and consume some amount of memory.. This application use your memory upto 25 MB..

I was using Power Cleaner just as you said. Apparently it's bad. After uninstalling my phone became faster. Charging was also faster. Let's say junk cleaner was removed but, as I notice, all the stuff being deleted is just being made again. So researched at google, cleaners are only good for desktops.
