Do you want to disable automatically updates for the application or is it updates for the app itself (inside the app)?
Because it's not possible to disable updates for a specific application, but you can disable automatically updates for all apps via Google Play. You can do this if you go to Google Play > Tap at the bag in the top left corner > Settings > Auto-update apps > Choose "Do not auto-update apps".
If it's some updates directly in the app itself, I suggest that you contact McAfee for further support in this matter:
