one thing i observed is that you cannot download apps from google play to your system; the download will happen only on phone :smileyangry:. it would have been so convenient if we could download apps on pc n den transfer to phone :smileygrin:
I m facing issues with non-gmail mails. i get them on phone only if the office PC is shut. this was not case with BB. I used to get mails on both devices at the same time 
Battery backup is the biggest challenge... 
Any idea if the above issues can be resoloved 
you can ask n number of questions , no problem.
yes you can transfer applicaions by downloading from pc to phone. if you have a wifi connection then i don't think there's any need to tell you those methods
but they have their own things.
i don't know about mails that much but go to settings > accounts and sync and turn auto sync on.
