answer voice call problem

when I want to answer a voice call my phone is very slow and I press green button but my ring phone doesn't stop and the person who called me can hear my ringtone, also when I want to call someone from my logs it is take 10 second to dial after I touch her/his name. can anyone help me?

Try running the phone in safe mode to check if this could be caused by any downloaded application.
