Annoying sounds

Hello!

My phone makes the weirdest sound when I use my flip case cover. I have no idea why it makes this sound, but when I put it down, flip the cover or hold it in my hand It makes a sound over and over again. I dont click on any buttons and there is no pattern that can show me why its happening. Is this normal? Why does it happen?
