Annoying Nevigation Bar

Dear SONY,

I am using Xperia ZR from last 6 months. Now upgraded FW to 4.2.2. I thought in new version their will be some changes related to navigation bar.... And Yehhh... You realy changed navingation bar in Home Screen made it transparent ...

I am hard core gamer.. And I realy like to play game a lot...

So what I was hoping for some updates to hide nevigation bar during playing games. Like it hides during playing videos ...

Its realy annoying during gaming when i accidently touch on home button.. so It ruins all fun of gaming

I am requesting Sony to make some modifications in navigation bar so that we can enjoy more stuffs and quality of Sony ..

Thank You Slightly_smiling_Face

Sounds like an good idea! However I personally think there might be some issues when you want to exit the game. When in a video you just press the screen and the navigation bar is displayed. But in a game you usually press the screen during the game. But I will pass this feedback on for you internally.

Dear Alexander,

Thanks for replying .. I did Google and I found some apps related to hiding nevigation bar in android market like GMD Auto Hide Soft Keys .

In GMD app their is one awesome feature call as Trigger Area which is nothing but small thin red line below end of the screen . And which triggers nevigation bar by simply swiping finger in upword direction with transparent navigation bar.

This app requires Root access. And I dont want to root my phone yet..

What I realy want to say from this is , If you are passing my feedback internally.. I am giving you some refrence ideas by which SONY can improve their logic behind navigation bar.

Just follow this concept . Or improve it with SONY's ideas. But in next update please resolve this issue..  It will definately give more flexibility to SONY users in playing games as well as in apps.

I am looking forword for this UPDATE.

Thank YOu:smileyhappy:

Hello!

As an Asus Transformer Pad TF300TG (it's Tegra based = games) user I can say how they solved that problem.

They have a lock for navigation toolbar.

System bar lock tutorial from my TF300TG

Sony can make something like that.
