annoying continuous sound while stating an error

Can anyone tell me what option should i set to stop this annoying continuous sound while stating on my screen "reading error, retry", in Italian is "errore di lettura, riprova ". Sometimes it happens for several minutes and sometimes even during phone calls and the person with whom I'm talking with can even hear! So embarrassing! I tried to change some audio settings but probably i haven't got the right one yet. Please help me! Thanks!

Have you enabled talk back?Settings-accesibility-talk back,disable.

Also on my xperia Sp I have the same error message... In Italian "Errore di lettura. RIprovare"...

It happens to me too, what is annoying is the error itself, not just the sound. Talk-back function is disabled. Any help?!?

Hi Franni and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

The good news is that the "Read Error" message problem is very easy to fix: Main Menu > Settings > More > Untick NFC. Alternatively you can remove the NFC enabled card (Bus pass, Credit card etc) that is in close proximity to the handset as this is the cause of the error.

I have the same problem, and i have setting already "TalkBack = Disabled" !!!

It' s very annoying !!

Have you a different solution ?

I have finded the solution , following sony indications : Untick NFC .
