android.process.media!?

My phone shows (constantly) on screen 'android.process.media'. Than I can't play my mp3s and I can't see my pics. Phone doesn't recognize SD card. I must turn off phone if I want that phone works properly. It was on servise 3 times and they even give me new phone. Can it be just problem in SD card?

you should backup everything on your SD card, move your apps from the SD card to your internal memory and then reformat your SD card

Ok, done. Now I don't have problem with music and pictures, but still showing android.process.media!
