I'm having a problem with updating my t2 ultra dual to lollipop 5.1.1 from lollipop 5.0.2. Each time I download the update from Sony update center, it shows that the download has been completed but when I click install, my phone restarts to install the update. The update seems to start running for just a few minutes then it starts up and when I open the update center it tells me that the update couldn't be installed. After it does this, when I retry installing the update, it restarts the update download from the beginning. I've also tried updating using Sony pc companion but it gives me an error, it say error 13, failing to connect to Sony update engine. I don't know how I can fix this problem, I've tried all I can. I even deactivated my firewall to try updating with pcc but it also didn't work. Can someone please help me out 😔
