As far as i know if an update doesnt exist on PTCRB or gets removed from it, doesnt roll out..so we got an early, full of bigs update..and what's the point...a lot of complains of xperia SP users, including me too, facing serious problems in the basic functionality of the phone which makes this great phone a "rubbish". For an example there was a new update for the xperia L (owner too) in ptcrb which was removed and never rolled out...
