Android is Starting Error

hello and greeting,

i have Sony Xperia Z which is continously showing  message 'Android IsStarting' which never completes and  optimization starts all over again . To make things worse PC Companion is not detecting it aswell. How am i suppose to update the software? I seek urgent help in this regard.Thanks
