I don't think it will be possible without the USB port unfortunately. I'd recommend that you send in the phone to a service center for repair. Contact your local Xperia support for more information. See my signature for contact info.
Have you tried a system repair or try booting into Flashmode - Switch of your phone hold volume down and connect your usb cable - If your Pc detects a connection then your usb port is fine
