When i update my phone using P C companion it says my phone is up to date, however when i check in my settings is says that the Andriod Version is still Version 2.3.4 . So how to i update to Android 4?

Check whether your phone SI number is listed in that thread.
No its not listed there does that me i wont be able to update it yet ,because on the box it says its upgradable to Android 4?
It is upgradable to Android 4 for sure .... Don't worry.
I guess you have to keep an eye on that thread, more SI numbers will be added soon.
