Android 4.3 Xperia T

Good day I noticed that Android 4.3 (jelly bean) had been released for Xperia T.

If it is possible, can I know if I can download it, because Sony Pc Companion doesn't find it.

I have the same problem whith my Xperia T here in Sweden. I´ve bought my phone from UK. Can that be the problem?

DON'T DO IT! 

So many people have had their phones WiFi killed with this update it's just not worth the risk.
