android 4.3 update problem

Hi SONY

android 4.3 is released here in IRAQ (on pc only NOT via WiFi {when it will be released over wifi?????}) 

so when a connect my phone (xperia zr c5502) via pc companion, the preparing passed, downloading passed

BUT when transfering update to mobile it request something called ( semc flash device ) when i choose the windows automatically search and install a message appear and say something like (windows found the driver but unable to install it)

so basically ist connection problem

I tried sony update service and the same happen

my windows : vista 32 bit

so please give me a download link to this device

I post this for the second time

Reinstall PCC or Install SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS > follow the steps

Since latest update 29/12 cannot log into Gmail or Google Play!

@Magus that's probably a regional issue, try this

settings > accounts > google > delete the account > restart your phone > re-add the account

Try plugging the phone to PC in switched off mode keeping the volume down button pressed, the PC should recognize the new drivers and get them installed, keep the down volume button pressed until the drivers are installed.

THANKS to everyone who is trying to help

actually  i solve the problem by going to my friend house and plug my ZR to his laptop provided with win7

and installed the driver automatically without any problem

now it is android 4.3

i hope this version solve the bluetooth issue previously posted by me in this forum but it did not as my expectation to be

so iam disappointed now
