Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

Well, is it true that Sony Xperia L will get Android 4.3 Jelly Bean later this month (June 2014) ? If so, have you set any release date? If not, why? There are a lot of rumors thus I decided to ask here for a more "official" answer.   Thank you in advance.

What do you mean Sony don't need to... Sony must release a newer version of android cause 4.2 is full of bugs, especially with the newer update. Anyway, I posted this because I heard and I saw a piece of leaked information about the release dates of updates of several Sony smartphones . According to them Sony Xperia L will get android 4.3 this month.. And according to Sony mobile Argentina (official) this November!
