Hello team sony. I have a quick question for you guys.

I purchased my phone from an internet site and it turns out that my phone is from the united arab emirates and i'm using the phone in the united states. So when  connect my phone to my pc and my pc companion says your phone is up to date. does it matter what region your phone is from and in what country you use it when it comes to updates?  Also i noticed the 3 black dots on my camera and i spoke to someone here in the us about it they said to do a reset of the phone through pc companion but i'm scared of doing this what do you recomend?

Software updates may vary depending on market/region where the phone is from. Not where you use it.

If you experience problems with your camera you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text)
