Android 4.1.2 not compatible with google store

Need your help !

Last week my old Xperia P was broken and so I bought a new Xperia P.

Of course my old Xperia P had the newest Software and everything worked but my new Xperia P , which also has the newest Software / Androi-Version can't download apps from Google Store. I just get the warning, that my phone is not compatible with this version - but why did it  work on my old phone and doesn't work on my new one although everything is the same?

All android devices are compatible with google play/android market for older ones.Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.

You know,the Chinese versions might have problems with google.Where did you buy yours from?

I bought it from e-bay. It was a sample in a store..but yes , it was made in China

Well, my Xperia P works fine again, after doing a software repair .
