Android 4.0 Update Error

Hello, I need to update my phone but try Xperia U Sony Companion I get an error with the following code and description:

Problem: No components are installed Software Update on your computer

Details: Failed to install the engine updates Sony (0x803d0020 Error)

Problem Resolution: Try again later

The problem is that I have 7 days trying and not updated.

I'm from Chile, Santiago and appreciate your help.

uninstall PCC and reinstall it > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus and then try again
