what is the problem of my phone?everytime i open an application this message will always promt "unfortunately the andiod.process.acore has stopped". how can i fix it?

Try to restart your phone and remove the battery for a while.

You can also try to restart you phone in safe mode. Press and hold the power off option when turning off to get option to restart in safe mode. In safe mode none of your 3rd party apps are active.

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you repair your phone software using PC Companion:
