An error with SEUS update. - Sony

Hi to all of you guys. Thing is, I'm having a big issue with a Seus update service. With this software. Download the latest version ever)

And still I'm facing the same error when I'm just start this app on mine laptop. It's work perfect on another laptop, some pc, but note mine. PCC works fine.

Why I want to use this one? Just because last time update my phone with SEUS but from my girlfriend laptop. And now mine PCC doesnt seen any updates. Even 184. Before it's seen 162, but because I've seen a lot of comments about those updates, I didnt update it. So now, I even try to check this update and PCC says mine is up to date. But mine is 564, never touch it with non official updates, or like unlocked bootloader. No need for, so, any solution from any one?

So please guys, need some help or advice how to be in this situation?

have you tried to re-install JAVA and also turn off your firewall and/or antivirus if that fails then restart on safemode and run SUS

Yes, I did. Nothing happen. I guess it's something with mine version of Win7. I have reinstall Java, as good as it's possible, cause when I've try to update Java I mostly get an error within. So yesterday updated, today I've try Safe mode - useless.

Try to update with Another PC, Hope this may help u

im tryng to repair my phone neo v with SEUS but when i swtchoff n coneect my phone to boot it my laptop detect the phone and after that laptop frezees i've tried it 6 times and still the same tell me what to do????

try reinstalling both java and SUS. or try using PCC. if non of this work. you can have it upgrade in sony service center for free, if it is still on warranty.
