Can you see this line in every menu/view of the phone?
You are not referring to the icon dock line in the bottom of the homescreen?
If you can see the line on other views you might have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
You could try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > click on the blue highlight (Repair my phone/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair.
If the behavior still persists, you should have your phone examined by a service center.
