All calls sent to speaker

Im Rudrendu from India, you can call me Rudr.

Recently I have purchased Sony XA Ultra dual, after one day all incoming and out going call are directly coming to speakers.

Please help me ,its irritating specially during office hours.

yes i did but problem still exist.

Have you recently connected your headset? Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?
