Album reordered after backup and restore

After having to perform a backup and restore on my phone due to replacing the camera sensor my camera album does not display all items in chronological order. 

The photos are actually in the right order, but all the videos are at the top as if they were all taken in August 2013.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, I have since moved all images and photos to the SD card, but all new pictures I take are stored on the phone memory and the numbering has gone back to the start.  Does anyone know how to have photos saved directly to the SD card?

You can set the camera to store pictures on the SD-card from Camera -> Settings -> Data storage.

Regarding sorting of videos i'm not sure but i think this has to do with the phone using file date for sorting videos while it's using EXIF-information for pictures. It might be possible to change the file date using a file manager but i haven't tested that.

Also probably worth mentioning that when I did the restore last time I lost some pics. Could only see the android logo.

Same problem here. Lost some photos after backup and my album is not ordered like before! It's really pissing me off! Please, Sony! Fix it!
