Album problems

I'm having problems when i want to look at pictures i've taken. They get blurry and the pictures in the album app are all in a strange order. It comes and goes, but it's allways wrong. Sometimes the pictures does'nt even turn up. I've cleaned cache and data in the app,but it does'nt help.

If you are saving your pictures on your SD card that could be the issue.

Ok,thank you. But wy can't i save them on my sd -card? Is'nt that one of the reasons the card exists?

You should be able to, but your SD card might be corrupted or it might be a low class (class 2 or class 4) or it might be acting up

Hi.

I've got  the same problem, I've always had the pictures on my sd-card (32 gb Samsung Class 10) which has followed me from my Sony Z.

The problem began after the latest update 6.1A.0.14. Seems like the app thinks the thumbnails (blurry) are pictures of them selves and sorts them accordingly? If i scroll down far enough i can see my may most recent pictures. Shouldn't they be on top and the thumbnails hidden? Really annoying...

Tried cleaning cache. Other suggestions? anyone?

Please help, I have the same issue and it has happened since ever since I updated my spotify last Thursday (30th) my phone has been acting up ever since and the album shows all my photos since then as a black screen with a mountain icon on?! I've backed up, restored and everything..nothing works!

Even Iam Facing Same Problem Its Seems Sony is Making Fool To People by Selling Defect Phones

I have the same problem and i get TotalCommander and the problem is the Album app reads the Android dir and in the Android dir is the thumbnail photos. And that is the problem dont let the Album app read the Android dir. Sorry for bad english.

i have older sony phone (ion) but when I updated to album from gallery pictures started disappearing. Would not be readable by computer either. Reformatted my ext sd card and did factory reset on phone. Took me hours. Now no problems except Album app shuts down when I try to upload to one drive. I thought that is because I have an older phone but what I am reading here the Album app needs some work Sony.
