Alarm issue. Pop ups so I can't turn my phone off

This doesn't happen every day- usually every other day to every 3rd day, but it's still annoying and I am sure my husband is going to kill me if it keeps doing it...

I set my alarm, which goes off, however I get pop ups from google play which then makes the alarm slider disappear and the alarm keeps going off in the background, I then have to turn the phone completely off 😕 to stop it.

Please help me.... Techno idiot.... lol

That's odd, what if you update all the apps and restart the phone?

I have uninstalled most apps now and reinstalled them and turned my phone off and on, will see if that does the trick.

Try Clearing the SmartConnect app data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the smartConncet app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone
