Alarm doesn't work

My alarm does not function anymore.  I worked only once even when the device was off.  Since then impossible to get it the alarm functioning.  Who can help ? Bruno

First make sure that the phone is turned on. The alarm will not work if you turn the phone off.

You can also try clearing data for the app called "Clock" under Settings -> Apps -> All and then set the alarm again.
