After update to ICS flash not working

My phone is Neo from 2011. I have uninstalled the flash app, and then reinstalled, even installed chrome browser, but I only see a small icon with an arrow, where flash should be plaing. I have been in settings to see that it is enabled.

Everything else is working. What can be wrong?

Chrome browser doesn't support Flash.

You have to use other browsers like the ics built-in browser, opera, and etc.
