after update sw2

After update my sw2 works one hour and now is stopping and screen is grey and show nothing and I cant restart or off. What can I do?

Try holding the on/off key down for about 10-20 seconds and check if you're able to reset it.

If you're able to turn it off I suggest that you try to reinstall it using SUS.

Ok,I do this and after restart I connectig again throw NFC and begin rewrite new soft,installing,restart,NFC,and now working less media player who stopped and I sent raport for stopping application.

Ok,after restart SW2 and phone TX working very good all apps.inclusive musical player.

Mine after update has all the time vibration on.Although i did a factory reset ,when the phone rings ,the smartwatch 2 always vibrates.
