Hi, I have sony neo v,but resently (dec 2012) the network was not shown in the mobile and no call and other sim service was functional, i approach to sony service center (Mumbai) on 22 dec, 2012 for this issue (as my phone fall under warranty period) but till date(11 Jan, 2013 - 20 days) i have not been responded properly, when i followup my case for my phone delivery, every call made to either service center or sony customer care they responded it will be delivered in next 3/4 days from the start day of surrender, even in some conversation one of customer support reply that Mt11i has been stoped manufacturing and warranty claim settlement will be difficult. Also while my phone has been surrendered to service center and no other stand by phone is provided to me for which my sim card services (3G, Tv ,etc.) is getting waste.
My concern is that, even after 20days no one give a proper answer to when i will get my phone back and working condition.
from a brand like sony such answer and delay in service is making me rethink on sony xperia brand and service which say's "Sony make.believe"
