After downloading or updating apps, my phone doesn't read sd card! Why?

I have my phone just 3 month and phone was already 3 times on service. In the end thay give me all new phone, doesn't change enything. Can problem be in SD card? It's my last chance before nerve breakdown.

I would think so, if the problem persist it doesn't hurt to try a new SD card
