after 4.3 update problem...it says..the process..android.media.process has stopped working

after i updated my xperia sp...to 4.3 android...there is a constant message that says...the process..

android.process.media has stopped working...

please help...it is creating a lot of problems...

Retry the process with sony update service.

No no no just wait. Back in days I had same problem with my LG P350 after I updated this. You have reset to factory settings your phone and everything will be okay. Or do Hard reset.

Same problem here.. I downloaded the Sony Update Service, but I don't see Xperia SP in the Products list. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you using Windows 8 or 8.1?? Cause Windows 8 and 8.1 doesn't show Xperia SP in Update Service and also doesn't allow to Update Through PC Companion. You must run Update Service In Compatibility Mode or Use a PC which has Windows 7.

Run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.
